The Neeroo Foundation will soon be formally created to honour the memory of Ali Moghaddas, a respected Iranian intellectual and professor of sociology. Ali dedicated much of his personal fortune and time to helping students and immigrants achieve a better life, often as refugees in the West.
The Neeroo Foundation’s initial concept is to support programmes which aid immigrants in assimilating and succeeding in their new cultures. Additionally, the Foundation will seek to create and support education and career opportunities for the most needy children in developing areas.
